Advanced Subtitler is a professional tool to create and add your own subtitles to the movies/videos you want; the lines are taken directly from a simple text file. It works with both SRT and SSA files.
On running, Advanced Subtitler shows three windows simultaneously: the main window which has the list of subtitles (plus the toolbar and the text editor); the second window with a timeline showing the order of the subtitles as the video advances, and where the subtitle colour can be selected; and finally, the third window which shows a player to see how the video and subtitles have synchronized, letting you move the positions of the text just by using the mouse cursor.
As Advanced Subtitler is a relatively easy tool, it is ideal for those novice users who want to start, bit by bit, in the world of subtitles.
